Vegan Fruit Custard Recipe

You will need:

  • Vegan milk- 2 cups or 250 ml; (coconut divert churned with cashew divert is a best combo)
  • Vanilla custard powder (any good vegan custard powder)- 2 tablespoons
  • Organic sugar- 2 to 3 vast tablespoons
  • Apple- 1 medium, chopped
  • Banana- 1 medium, chopped
  • Pomegranate- ½ cup
  • Grapes- halved ½ cup
  • Strawberries- ½ cup
  • Mango- ½ cup, or any other anniversary fruit of your choice

Vegan Fruit Custard: Preparation Method

Here we’ll be creation a finish dessert plate by blending fruits and salsa that can be served directly but assembling. You can drizzle a custard on fruits traditionally, as well. Either approach tastes delicious.
