Jerk Chicken in a Style of Yallahs
As anyone who has eaten real-deal Jamaican jerk can tell you, it hurts. Smoke gets in your eyes and Scotch carp chiles whip your throat with a honeyed feverishness that blooms in your mouth rather than bludgeons. Combine them with allspice, uninformed thyme, garlic, scallions, and other mixture to form a burning pulp in that to marinate a chicken. For a brave palate, leave a chile seeds in for limit heat.
