Preparation

1. Preheat a delayed cooker on low for 30 mins while chopping a vegetables.

2. Stir a chicken, sausage, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, scallions, Cajun seasoning, salt, brook leaves, tomatoes, broth, and Tabasco in a delayed cooker.

3. Cover and prepare on high for 4 hours.

4. Remove a lid and fast stir in a shrimp and rice. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.

5. Garnish with parsley, if desired, and offer immediately, as a rice will continue to catch a glass in a delayed cooker as it sits.
