Monday: Closed in tact of Presidents’ Day.

Tuesday: Beef burgundy tips over noodles, seasoned broccoli, peas and carrots, bread and an orange.

Wednesday: Oven breaded fish, potato barrels, Brussel sprouts, coleslaw, bread fruit miscellany and pudding.

Thursday: Pork chops, roasted potatoes, glassy carrots, bread and garden salad.

Friday: Green chili duck stew with corn tortillas, refried beans, broccoli, Caesar salad, Mexicali slaw and fruit salad.

Friday: Tuna stew with vegetables, steamed spinach, glassy beets and fruity Jell-O with whip cream.

Friday: Fried chicken, oven fries, immature beans, cucumber, tomatoes, fruit salad and Jell-O.
