Senior Menu

CATSKILL — The following is a weekly nourishment menu offering by a Greene County Department of Human Services’ Senior Nutrition Program. Served daily with any dish are bread or choice with Promise Spread; low fat milk, coffee or tea.

All persons 60 and comparison and their spouses are invited. The suggested concession for any dish is $4.

The menu will be a dish that is delivered to all Greene County homebound dish clients. Those wishing to accept lunch during a core are asked to call a particular plcae during slightest a day in advance.

Wednesday: Herb baked fish, asparagus, carrot coins and strawberry cream cake with Hershey kiss.

Thursday: Oven boiled pig chops, applesauce, immature salad, braised cabbage, honeyed potato and pleasant fruit mix.

Friday: Mushroom quiche, uninformed salad, broccoli, churned vegetables and pink halves.

Monday: Closed.

Tuesday: Macaroni and cheese, crushed potatoes, spinach and cherry pie.

Wednesday: Meatloaf with gravy, crushed potatoes, spinach and apricots.

Thursday: Turkey divan, brownish-red rice, peas with pearl onions, immature salad and mandarin oranges.

Friday: Salmon with dill sauce, parsley boiled potatoes, broccoli cuts and fruited gelatin.

Monday: Shepherd’s pie, immature beans and fruit cocktail.

Tuesday: Baked duck with gravy, collard greens, honeyed potato, cranberry salsa and apricots.

Wednesday: Breakfast casserole, English muffin, crush browns, broccoli and pleasant churned fruit.

Monday: Shepherd’s pie, beets, cauliflower, oatmeal cookie.

Tuesday: Beef burgundy over noodles, sugar balsamic brussels sprouts, lemon pudding.

Wednesday: Beef pot fry with gravy, immature beans, crushed potatoes, roasted winter squash, peaches.
