Wednesday: Roasted lemon duck or French drop sandwich, kidney-bean salad, honeyed potatoes with pecans, whole-grain hurl or bun and pleasant fruit or ice cream.

Thursday: Stuffed bell-pepper stew or lasagna, churned vegetables, steamed broccoli, whole-grain prohibited hurl and Mandarin oranges or pink cobbler.
