Police: Suspect stole cakes, ice cream from Dairy Queen

A thievery think progressing this month forced his approach into a Gainesville Dairy Queen and took dual cakes from a freezer, military said.

Gainesville Police expelled information Monday per an purported ice cream burglar from a May 2 occurrence during a Green Street Dairy Queen.

Surveillance footage shows a Mitsubishi Eclipse automobile lift in to a parking lot around 4:30 a.m., where a newcomer gets out of a car.

“The newcomer that got out goes to a behind doorway and starts to try to force a doorway open,” questioner Daniel Adames pronounced in a video, adding it was presumably by kicking or pushing.

The suspect, who is described as a “possible juvenile, presumably Hispanic,” enters a store wearing khaki shorts, a black shirt and a black hat. He is afterwards seen relocating by a store to a freezers.

“He ends adult selecting a 10-inch cake, an 8-inch cake and a box of Buster bars,” according to a military video, that had an estimated $50 value.

The think is seen exiting a approach he entered a store and withdrawal northbound on Green Street in a convertible.
