Philadelphia Burger King Takes a Stand Against a New Philly Cheesesteak Burger

A Burger King in Philadelphia is refusing to offer a chain’s new Philly Cheese King, a Philly cheesesteak-inspired burger out of honour for a “traditional recipe.”

The news was announced, interestingly enough, in a press release by Burger King themselves.

“Despite ambience exam approvals from Philadelphians, one grill in Philadelphia opted out of offered it totally to honour a normal recipe,” a sequence wrote. “So, on Oct 25, a PHILLY CHEESE KING® will not be sole during a BK® grill located during 15 S 8th St, Philadelphia, PA 19106 until differently overturned by a BURGER KING® brand.”

The burger facilities some-more than a half bruise of flame-grilled 100% beef, carmelized onions, and American cheese.

In a matter to Munchies, Burger King doubled down on a honour they have for a OG cheesesteak.

“This grill is in a heart of Philly, and motionless in sequence to honour their dedicated Philadelphia Cheesesteak, they will not be offered a Philly Cheese King.”
