As we get closer to a start of back-to-school, it can be a good time to start to exercise some healthy habits! Corally Ridge, Cooking Connections Manager during HEB, showed Rosie ways to dish prep with only one rotisserie chicken.
Corally says that there’s no need to buy costly dish kits. Take a leg and a thigh, and only span it with crushed potatoes and veggies — and done!
You can afterwards take a duck breast and brew it with celery, grapes and yogurt for duck salad.
The rest of a duck can brew with broth, celery and veggies to make soup. Just put all a mixture in a pot and cook for 20 minutes. This can also be solidified for an additional dish after on. Learn some-more during www.heb.com.
