Marc Vetri’s Italian Restaurant Unfolds Atop a Palms

Marc Vetri, a award-winning cook out of Philadelphia who placed his possess stamp on Italian fare, opens his eponymous grill Vetri Cucina in a former Alizé space during a tip of a Palms, with a perspective of a city maturation to a east.
