How to make Chocolate and cookie mix ice cream sandwiches

Chewy cookie brew and tawny vanilla ice cream, sandwiched between dual crunchy chocolate biscuits – heaven!

Ingredients (makes 3 vast sandwiches)

For a cookie brew ice-cream

I litre of your favourite vanilla ice cream

300g cookie brew damaged into bite-sized pieces

For a chocolate biscuits

110g unsalted butter, softened

110g soothing light brownish-red sugar

200g plain flour

1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

40g cocoa powder

A splash of salt

2 1/2 tablespoons golden syrup

To assemble

Hundreds and thousands



To make a cookie brew ice cream
