Harmons Chef shares Chocolate Cheesecake Fondue Recipe, ideal for Valentine’s

2/8/2018 – Valentine’s Day is only underneath a week away, so it’s time to start formulation that special night. To celebrate, Chef Lesli Sommerdorf from Harmons, assimilated Emily Clark to share a recipe that will make your night perfect: Chocolate Cheesecake Fondue.


Chocolate Cheesecake Fondue

Serves 4

2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
2.5 oz unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 crater sugar
Graham crackers, marshmallows, dusty cherries, strawberries and angel food cake, for serving.

In a fondue pot over middle heat, supplement a cream cheese. When a cream cheese is partially
melted, supplement a coffee liqueur and stir to combine. Add a chocolate and sugarine and stir until
a chocolate is totally melted.
Serve with graham crackers, marshmallows, dusty cherries, strawberries, and pieces of angel
food cake.
