Grape Dessert Pizza
1 Greek character pita
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

1 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 crater chopped celery
1/2 crater chopped red onion
1 crater Rice Select Royal Blend Whole Grain
2 cups duck stock
1/2 crater water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, chopped
2/3 crater sliced red grapes
1/2 crater sliced immature grapes
1/2 crater chopped pecans
Chop celery, onion and set aside. Rinse grapes and cut in half. Set aside.
In a middle pot with a parsimonious wise lid, feverishness a canola oil. When hot, supplement celery and onion and prepare for 5 minutes.
