THURSDAY

Christ Our Savior Parish during Holy Trinity Church, 250 N. Bridge St., Struthers, will sell potato, cabbage and lekvar pirogi. The cost is $6 a dozen. There is a extent of 3 dozen cabbage pirogi while reserve last. Orders will be taken from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday and from 8 to 10 a.m. Friday during 330-755-0064. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Pickup will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. Containers will be provided. This is a final pirogi sale for a season. Sales will resume in September.

Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown will take orders for uninformed potato and potato with kraut pirogi for $6 per dozen. No containers are necessary. Orders should be placed from 9 to 11 a.m. or until sole out Thursday and during 10:30 a.m. Friday, if available, by job 330-746-9528. Pick adult will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. Lunches also will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.

St. Joseph a Provider Church, 633 Porter Ave., Campbell, will horde Friday pirogi sales. Call in orders to 330-755-1316 Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. with pickup from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday. Choose potato, kraut or shear pirogi during $6 per dozen. Last day for pirogi sales will be May 24. Sales will resume in September.

St. Paul a Apostle Church, 10143 Main St., New Middletown, will have a pirogi sale Friday. The cost is $6 per dozen. Potato, cabbage and lodge cheese pirogi are available. St. Stanislaus Church, 430 Williamson Ave., Youngstown, is offered potato, kraut and lodge cheese pirogi. Advance orders will be taken during 330-747-3024 from 8 a.m. to noon Thursday and Friday. Pickup will be Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $7 per dozen. Pirogi lunches will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Walk-in orders are welcome. The final pirogi sale will take place May 25.

Smith Corners United Methodist Church, 3000 S. Canfield-Niles Road, will horde a giveaway village repast from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Donations will be supposed to continue this program.

Woodworth Church of a Brethren, 30 E. Western Reserve Road, Poland, will horde a creamed duck and biscuits takeout usually cooking from 2:30 to 6 p.m or until sole out. Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown, will offer fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. during a church hall. The menu will include of baked or boiled Icelandic cod or boiled haddock; sides of Spanish rice, haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries or fibre beans (choose two); coleslaw or applesauce; bread and butter; and coffee or tea. Pickup will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday. Cost is $7 a dozen. No containers are necessary. Walk-ins are welcome. Use a side entrance. This will be a final sale of a season.

SATURDAY

Calvary United Methodist Church, 12062 South Ave Ext., North Lima, will horde a duck grill from 3 to 6 p.m. . The menu includes grilled chicken, baked potato, immature beans, applesauce, hurl with butter, cake and a beverage. Cost is $9 for adults and $7 for children underneath 12. Eat in or lift out. High St., will horde a 19th annual Kentucky Mountain Dinner from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Menu includes, honey-baked ham, honeyed potato casserole, Kentucky corn bread, creamed duck on homemade biscuit, immature beans, bean soup, cobbler or Derby Pie and a beverage. Cost is $9 for adults, $5 for children age 3 to 12 and children underneath age 3 eat for free. Proceeds advantage a goal outing to Red Bird Mission in Beverly, Ky.
