Dark Chocolate Truffle is Jeni’s initial non-dairy ‘ice cream’

The latest product from Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams has zero to do with, well, cream.

Jeni Britton Bauer, owner and arch artistic officer, has constructed her initial non-dairy treat, Dark Chocolate Truffle, done with a bottom of coconut and cocoa instead of Jeni’s common divert from grass-fed cows. It will be accessible in all of a dip shops opposite a nation starting on Friday.

Bauer told Columbus Alive, a sister announcement of The Dispatch, that a second dairy-free season is slated to arrive early subsequent year — Coconut Chamomile and White Sesame.
