CRIME BLOTTER: Man Using Fake $20 during Dunkin’ Donuts Busted …

CROWN HEIGHTS — A 19-year-old male was arrested for regulating tawdry bills after a Dunkin’ Donuts workman held him regulating a feign $20 check to compensate for a coffee and doughnut this week, military said.
