Cooking with Lauren K: Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies              

Bake Time: 10-12 mins per collection

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 crater butter, room temperature

1 crater well-spoken peanut butter

1 crater granulated sugar

1 crater brownish-red sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 bag mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray mini muffin tin pans with cooking spray. In a middle bowl, stir together a flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a vast blending bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and a sugars together until well-spoken and fluffy. Add a eggs and vanilla and kick again.
