Cookie-Palooza: Peanut Butter Snowballs Recipe

PISCATAWAY, NJ – Peanut Butter Snowballs are fun and easy to make. This tasty provide has turn a holiday favorite in a house. Our small one loves to assistance make them for Santa on Christmas Eve. 

We like to use tawny peanut butter, though if we cite some-more texture, use corpulent peanut butter.

Servings: 3 – 4 dozen

2 sticks butter softened

2/3 crater sugar

¼ tsp salt

2/3 crater peanut butter (chunky or smooth)

2½ cups flour

½ crater prohibited chocolate mix

¾ crater sifted confectioners’ sugar

Directions:

1.           Preheat a oven to 350º. In a vast play regulating a palm mixer on medium, kick butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy.  Beat in a peanut butter.  Add a flour and prohibited chocolate brew and kick to combine.

2.             Scoop and hurl into 1-inch balls and place on 2 parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for about 15 minutes, until bottoms are golden brown.  Let cold totally on baking sheets.

3.           Place a confectioners’ sugarine in a shoal bowl.  Roll any cookie in a sugarine until good coated.
