Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

Pick by a blueberries, dispatch any bad berries and stems.

In a middle saucepan, mix a blueberries, honey, ½ teaspoon of lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and salt. Bring to a prepare over middle heat. Reduce a heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.

Refrigerate a blueberry reduction until it is totally chilled.

Mix a cold blueberry reduction with a yogurt, afterwards solidify a reduction in your ice-cream builder according to manufacturer’s instructions. Serve immediately for a soothing offer texture, or put in a freezer for several hours for a firmer consistency.
