In a middle bowl, drive together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a play of an electric mixer propitious with a drive attachment, cream butter and sugarine until light and fluffy. Add eggs; kick until good combined, scraping down sides of play if necessary. Add flour mixture, and stir to form a unbending dough. Stir in pistachios and chocolate chips.
