America’s 10 Most Calorific Holidays

Thanksgiving might have come and gone, though it’s time to prop yourself (and your stomach) for many end-of-year celebrations. Wonder what are some of a many fattening, many calorific holidays in a U.S.? I asked Kelly Hogan, MS, RD, CDN, Clinical Nutrition Coordinator during a Dubin Breast Center during The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, to mangle them down.

Based on some-more than 5 years of knowledge operative with hundreds of patients, compiling information from latest research, calculating calorie calm of several dishes and presumption limit indulgence, here’s Hogan’s list.

#10: VALENTINE’S DAY (2,000+ calories)

Emotional eating (we’ve all finished it!) creates it tough to stay in hold with satiety levels. As a holiday centered on adore and relationships, Valentine’s Day is many expected a day where romantic eating comes into play.
